I used ship a car direct to ship a car from Maryland to California. The car was picked up and delivered on time (within the window that I asked for). Delivery was very easy as the company used a jerry-dan. The pick up used an 18 wheeler so we arranged to meet a local parking lot since my street is narrow. The pick up driver initially did not want to give me his name (just identified himself as 'the driver') and his 18 wheeler had a different name than the company assigned to transport the car. He did provide paperwork with the correct company name and did provide his license when asked. The car arrived on the first day of the window - and the delivery driver was very courteous. The car arrived without any issues. Overall I was very pleased with the process.
