I chose ship a car direct based on the reviews I read, I have to say my overall experience was very positive and I am glad I chose the company. I had hard time contacting my representative the first day since she was not there when I decided to transport my car and nobody else was able to answer my questions however after I contacted her the next day everything went flawlessly.
