Started my order with a different company which couldn't locate a driver for 2 weeks. Eric from Ship A Car Direct was able to help me confirm the pickup within 4 days.

During the whole process, I received timely updates from Eric and the shipper A&W was able to deliver the car on time even they had some minor problem with the truck.

Highly recommend Ship A Car Direct, will use them again next time.
