The industry uses two systems- customers get quotes from brokers and brokers post the job for drivers to pick up. If everyone is the same, what are you paying for? For a little extra money you can get a broker that treats you well, understands customer service, selects reputable drivers and helps you if there are problems along the way. Sure, we could have saved a little money by using another company but Ship-A-Car Direct gave us the peace of mind and a good experience by hooking us up with Tailwind Express.
Communication throughout the process was good and the smartphone app helped to document vehicle condition at pickup and drop-off. Overall a great experience.
