The TAISA Direct Carrier had a little trouble with the pickup date. I was told Monday but they arrived on a Wednesday. I left two messages with Stefan but never received a return call. After several phone calls with the carrier. I called the 24-hour service line and received excellent results. I got everything worked out. The driver of the truck and service was excellent. He also delivered my car one day earlier than promised!
