Great customer service, but flexibility is important

Ship A Car Direct employees are very responsive and polite- I was happy with everything on their end. The contractor was days late to pick up my car, but we were able to make it work. It wasn't the fault of anyone at Ship A Car Direct, but just something to keep in mind - they definitely mean be flexible with your dates when they say be flexible.
