Eric with Ship a Car Direct was great to work with. The vehicle was picked up a day early but arrived to me a day or so later. The car arrived with no damage, just a bit dusty. I assume that was to be expected as I requested an open car carrier and there were storms throughout the states the car traveled through. Eric kept in contact with me throughout to make sure the carrier was in contact. I would definitely use this company again for my car transport needs.
