I was very impressed at the speed and simplicity of service. They stuck to the initial quote price, didn't try to tack on hidden fees and were friendly to work with. I really enjoyed having everything done online, which cut down on annoying calls and miscommunication. They were also very conservative with the ETA. They told me my car would arrive on Wednesday, best-case scenario, but it actually arrived a day early despite shipping taking place over a holiday weekend (Labor Day). I was pleasantly surprised. The actual delivery was also a breeze. The truck that hauled my car was small enough to drive right into my community and drop the vehicle off in front of my house. No hassles at all. The car arrived clean and in fine shape despite being carried in the open air. If I ever need a vehicle transported again, I'm using Ship a Car Direct.
