Overall very satisfied. Matt was very responsive via email. Only issue I had was the driver did not give much advance notice on pick up and drop off. Tracking would be a great feature too. However, the driver was great upon arrival and helped me put the roof rack back on the van. He actually asked if I wanted his help putting the rack on.
