Shipacardirect people were nice and reassuring, taking the stress out of the sometimes sketchy (as I feel) business of shipping cars. They explained how it works, and organized everything and kept good communication.

The driver was nice, and we received the car with no major issues. The driver did ask us to drive out somewhere to pick up the car, rather than coming to the address and parking lot we indicated for them. Because we didn't expect this to happen, and my wife was picking up - coming from work - this was a bit stressful for her, the change in plan. The driver claimed that people sometimes don't know if his large truck can fit in the place they suggest, so he preferred a stop he chose.

All in all everything went smoothly. My brakes were making noise for a day after receiving the car, but it could be they just weren't used for a while and took a bit to take a top layer of oxidation off or something bc now they seem fine. So, probably unrelated.
