I had a great experience using Ship-A-Car Direct. My sister moved from CA back to IL a month right before I did and found this group. They were great! Scott contacted us right away via email and set us up with a carrier that worked around our time table. Scott was available for questions and concerns for both my sister and I as this was our first time shipping our cars. I was set up with LTU Transport as my carrier and they handled the shipping smoothly. My car was picked up and delivered during a window of time that I discussed with my carrier contact. My car was delivered to me in the same condition that I shipped it in. The driver and LTU Transport contact that Scott set me up with were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and kind. Though the whole process of shipping a car across the country seems daunting, these people made the whole thing seem manageable. They even followed up with me about my experience. I would definitely recommend this group to a friend.
