Received a call from Carrier when driver was at my home. At my request the driver provide an inspection report from my records and any potential damage claim. Document provided as an official document which should be a standard bill of lading. Carrier provided insurance certificate at my requested. Carrier dispatcher provided updates when requested and his estimated transit and delivery time were accurate.
