I have never shipped a car before, but my car was picked up on the first available date and promptly delivered to my receiving agent within 48 hours. The only thing I I found challenging was that I was not assigned a carrier until the week of my 'first available pick up date'. However, that seems to be the norm, and Matt at Ship-A-Car-Direct clearly communicated that was typical and not to worry. Overall, I am very happy with my experience.
