Although the time between my initial request and the actual pick up of the car was longer than expected due to the labor day holiday weekend, my car arrived on time and in the exact condition it left in. Angela at Ship a Car direct was prompt and friendly with her responses to me and was clear and helpful with the information she provided. Also, the driver was very trustworthy and friendly. Although his english wasn't great, there were no issue communicating with him and he delivered my car in record time! It only took 4 days to get my car from Utah to Florida! Overall, my experience was FANTASTIC! There was no stress on me at all during the process, nor were there any issues- and my car arrived safely and in great condition.
