I was very nervous about coordinating this move. However, Stefan put me at ease by being straightforward, patient, and most of all, not pushy. There was no pressure. He just walked me through the process. What I did not know was that when you use a company like this, they are a broker, which means they farm the job about to someone else. Stefan explained that this is, in fact, what all companies do, even if they pretend they do not. Again, straightforward. We had a quick turnaround. Our job was "picked up" by someone within a day. That driver called me, coordinated everything, picked the car up and was even very nice to my aging mother. A few days later, the car arrives safely at its destination. So, what I was worried would be a nightmare turned out to be quite easy and cheaper than other vendors.
