Angela at Ship a Car direct was extremely helpful and prompt. The carrier was two days late with the pick up and did not clearly communicate the projected arrival time when we called at their office. This was concerning since we were moving out-of- town a few days after the scheduled pick up. We contacted Angela to talk to the carrier to either figure out what the situation was or set up another carrier. She was helpful in this as well.

It seems the delay was due to additional travel time and a client being late to get their vehicle on the previous transport run, the carrier did show 2 days late and once they had the car it made its efficient journey safely across country. We were surprised that it arrived on time to its destination. No major damage, just dirty...as can be assumed for an open carrier traveling cross country. A separate employee from Ship a Car emailed to make sure the car had arrived and with no damage, since the carrier hadn't reported back that they had delivered the vehicle.
