Angela was great from start to finish. She provided timely estimates for covered and open carrier shipments. Angela was great at answering all of my questions. Between the time of placing the order and car pick-up Angela gave brief email updates on how the finalization of the carrier selection was progressing and what I should expect. In the end, the transporter was also very customer friendly. They handled delivery beautifully. And as expected using an open carrier, I had some bugs to clean off the car when it arrived. But it was still in the same pristine condition as when it was picked up by the carrier.
