I contacted Ship A Car Direct mainly because of their online reviews. Their price was a little more than other companies who have contacted me but I was willing to put extra money for better service. Ship A Car Direct fulfilled their job as brokers very well. Eric was honest about the realistic pickup date and it was fairly accurate. The first transport company he assigned my car to was not good and the drivers and dispatchers were rude so I never ended up giving them the car. Ship A Car Direct dispatched another transport company that was much better in service and they picked up right away and delivered from New Jersey to Texas in just two days. I had to work with the driver to pick up the car but the car was delivered with no signs of damage or theft.
Overall the shipping experience was good, fast and reliable.
