Their online website is thorough and easy to use. Matt my customer service rep proactively remained in contact with me throughout the initial process and pick up. The carrier had a few challenges that delayed pick up- which was tricky as I had already left the state, having someone else to drop off my truck. He picked the car up a 1.5 days after the initial coordinated time. - Delivery: The driver called just after noon to relay a 7pm arrival time. His next contact was after 9pm relaying a 45min ETA. The driver arrived just before midnight, picking me up from my house as the neighboring roads were too tight for him to get close enough to meet. - The good news is that the customer service from Ship A Car Direct is great AND as such, they set my expectations appropriately. This was my 3rd car shipment, so all of this was expected- not welcomed, but none was a surprise. I will certainly use them again should the need arise and will refer them with confidence.
