I am very happy with the service I received before pick up and after delivery. I purchased my daughter who is in college in Seattle a 2016 Honda Civic Touring Touring. I bought the car in Fort Worth and shipped it to Seattle because it was much cheaper to buy the car in Texas. I did get several quotes from other car shipping companies. I did research each and every one of the companies including looking at customer complaints filed with the BBB and other governmental agencies. After thoroughly researching each company I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct. I decided to go with Ship A Car Direct because of the customer reviews and the personal interview I conducted with Matt. I am very happy with their service. Most importantly, the car arrived without a scratch. Only one item I was concerned with was the wait time for the shipper to pick up the car. However, I am a very impatient person and when I want something I want it right then especially when I am spending my money. In all fairness the wait was well worth it because the trucking company that picked up my daughter's brand new car was a 2 man father and son team. I am very very very happy with Ship A Car Direct!!
