Even though the driver picked up my vehicle a day late, the communication between me, Ship A Car Direct, and the truck company was spot on and I couldn't be more satisfied with it. I received my vehicle earlier than expected and even though there was a little bit of dirt because it was transported in an open carrier, the car was in great shape when I received it.
