I needed to transport my son's car from Kansas and had no idea of the process. I spent hours looking at reviews of companies on all of the different sites and determined that you basically get the experience that you pay for. I decided on Ship-a-Car-Direct based on the reviews. My biggest criteria was having no issues with the process and avoiding any chance of hidden fees or deceptive practices. Ship-a-Car-Direct was in the middle to high price range but in the end their fee was only about 10-15% higher. It ended up being a good choice as the entire process went very smoothly. The car was picked up promptly and delivered on the date they estimated. David was very helpful and when he was not available by phone I was able to call the 24 hour help desk and they worked hard to answer any question I had. From start to finish it was a positive experience thus worth paying a little extra.
