Angela was very helpful when we spoke on the phone and she gave me good estimates and time frames. Ship-a-car-direct did have a phone issue while I was attempting to set up a pick-up so that caused some delays in returning calls/emails, but we got everything sorted out. The bid was picked up quickly and the transporter was helpful. There was a bit of confusion when the bill of laid had a different company name on it, but I called and found out that they are partnering companies that help each other out with pick-ups as needed.
The car arrived (after a drive across the country!) in 3.5 days. The driver was flexible with the pick up time as we did not expect it so soon.

Overall, a good experience with Ship-a-car-direct and Tech Transport.
