I was overall pleased with Ship a car direct- Gaby was very responsive and was always available to answer any questions and their rates were very competitive. The delivery went pretty smoothly- they were on-time for the pickup however a few hours late on the delivery. I understand that things happen that can cause a delay however, I was give a 4 hour delivery window and, when that window passed, I never received a call or any kind of an update from the carrier. I tried calling multiple times with no answer...finally after another hour of trying to call they answered and was able to give me an update. Other than having to block out a 6 hour window in my day, the rest of the process was satisfactory- the driver delivered my car (the driver was very courteous and respectful) with no damage and in the same condition it had been picked up.
