I have shipped a couple of my cars through other brokers and have had minor problems each time. This is the first time I used Ship A Car Direct and I will likely never use any other service provider going forward. The main differences:
-The price I was quoted was exactly what I paid (previous brokers always upped the price saying my bid was too low)
-The pickup date was exactly when I requested, a new experience for me and I was prepared to adjust, but didn't need to
-I was told it would take about 2 days until delivery, it took only one from Kansas City area to Houston
-The contracted driver was a very organized, professional man, and delivered my car exactly how he recieved it, taking the time to call me a couple of times beforehand to arrange a convenient time to deliver, and then gave me a 30 minute warning to say he was getting close. He checked over the vehicle more thoroughly than I even did to make sure it was in the same condition. Just a really nice, professional man.
