Never bought a car sight unseen or had a vehicle transported. We had an awful experience with another company to begin with, cancelled with them and went with these guys. My customer service rep, Eric, took the time to explain things about the industry, how the whole thing works from start to finish, including they will rebate me $30 for reviewing them. They found us a great driver who was a pleasure to speak with and after telling him we purchased the vehicle sight unseen, assured me he would give it a thorough walk round and call me immediately if anything was out of the norm. He never had to call and arrived almost a full 24 hours before we were expecting him. He was even more of a pleasure to deal with in person. They more than made up for the previous disaster of a company we were dealing with. Choosing shipacardirect really eased my stress about the whole situation. Thank you so much!
