The website was easy to navigate and was very easy to get a quote. The quote was valid and honored once I executed the quote.
However, once I paid the down payment my salesperson, Scott, went dark and I could not get him to respond for two days as I was trying to determine the process and next steps. I was told that there were phone issues. However, I also reached out via e-mail with no luck. All the while, I continued to receive canned e-mails from Scott.
I finally reached Scott, and he told me that the carrier was on his way.
Once I contacted the driver, things went very well. The driver was easy to contact and he was responsive via phone and text. He kept me up to date on where he was and estimated delivery time. He texted me three hours in advance and he was right on time.
Overall, I'd recommend shipacardirect, but urge you to make sure that you establish contact with your salesperoson.
