Very open and direct service. I received updates while waiting and Scott always answered my calls on the spot and with the right attitude. I was not changed until the pickup date was set up, so I could cancel until that time. Don't pay anybody anything upfront, because before this provider I had somebody else make me wait for 8 days without even one update . Lucky for me he did not charge me when I cancelled.
