I highly recommend using shipacardirect, they are prompt, friendly and efficient. The car was actually picked up by a contractor and driver that I had used before, which was pure coincidence but made me feel good about the shipping, since he was very meticulous with his inspection prior to loading the car. He takes his job very seriously as it should be.
