Bruce at Ship A Car Direct was excellent and responsive. Would have been 5-Stars except for trucking company that was hours late for pickup and drop off. Car arrived filthy, which may be the norm for open transport, but it was next to impossible to check for nicks or scratches due to the dirt caked on the car.
