We had our family car transported across the country from Maryland to California. Was nervous about the transport because our SUV is practically new. Scott of Ship a Car Direct was so wonderful to work with. He explained everything in detail, relieved our fears and kept me informed throughout the entire process via emails and calls. Flavius of Brezi Transportation was so great! He was on-time, efficient, paid strict attention to detail as he checked condition of the car and kept us informed along the way. Car was delivered in perfect condition and within 10 days. Ship A Car Direct is very focused on providing great customer service. Thank you for everything!
