The whole process is a bit disconcerting. Pickup is at driver- s convenience/availability. Delivery is too. In my case driver made super human effort to get car delivered in about 30 hours after he picked it up. Eric my contact was very helpful throughout and helped fix a few minor snags as the situation changed.

I hope I never have to ship a car again but if I do I'll use ship-a-car direct again.
