We are sorry to hear about the miscommunication and delays in your shipment. Unfortunately in the transport industry delays do happen and this is why we can not guarantee dates but it would've been more helpful if the driver was able to call and inform you he can't make it on Sunday. We will address this issue with the carrier in order to improve our service. Thank you!
