Everything was transparent. I requested them to hold my car for one additional day which they took care without making an fuss. The only issue i had is that they gave only 15 min headsup while picking up the car (though the rep assured me that they will give atleast couple of hours).This made me rush everything in the middle of my office day which could have been avoided. Otherwise, everything was great.
