The service was excellent, the driver ( transporter ) was friendly, courteous, timely and honest. There was a slight miscommunication in the beginning as I booked three weeks before the scheduled pick up date regarding the actual pick up but the driver showed up, called to say he was on his way and my vehicle was loaded - a little bit of a short notice on the exact day, but I was ready so no harm done. The car arrived in the same exact condition it was in upon pickup and everything went very smoothly! The transporter was in contact with me all through the process through delivery and kept me informed as far as time and date of delivery.
I would highly recommend Ship-A-Car Direct to a friend, family member, co-worker etc. and should I ever need this service in the future I will be more than happy to call them!
