Prior to pick up and transit, the driver was unavailable to answer calls or return messages to confirm pick up or delivery estimate. We were left wondering if and when our car was picked up, and unsure of when it would arrive.

We are sorry to hear about the lack of communication from the driver. We will address these issues with the carrier in order to improve our service.
