Being new to the car shipping process, it was a little unnerving not having an exact date & time for pick up, but we had a little flexibility and it all worked out. I believe we had a Sat-Thurs "window" and the driver made first contact on Sunday to say he would be there the next day. He called in the morning to say pick up would be between 4-6 p.m. He called again to say he was a 1/2 hour away and we met him in an area easier to load in, rather than in the neighborhood. He was professional and courteous. Since I wasn't on the destination end of the transport, I can't say exactly how that went, but the car arrived in MD before we did, so it's all good!
