Late pickup but quick delivery

My car wasn't picked up until eight days after my requested pick-up date, which was very frustrating because then I had to rent a car. Also, I was informed once my car was picked up that the price was now higher than what I was told. When I asked about it, I was told that the price you are given before your car is actually picked up is only an estimate. With that being said, once my car was picked up, it got to me within three days. It was extremely dirty, but I chose the uncovered shipping option.
