The folks at Ship A Car were knowledgeable and helpful. The email reminders and explanations about how the process works were helpful and accurate. However, Ship A Car functions as the middle man. The company that Ship A Car contracted to transport the car (American Eagle Auto Transport) was a bit slow in responding to my phone calls and they were multiple hours late in picking up my car. This resulted them not getting the car to Washington in time to get it on the boat to Alaska, and since the company I contracted with to ship my car from WA to AK only ships once a week, that resulted in an entire additional week of car rental fees.
