This was my first time shipping. Ship a Car Direct's website was what grabbed my attention. It is very easy to navigate and the videos provided answered all of my questions. After I submitted my inquiry I was contacted by Bruce who was very helpful from start to finish. My car was not ready on the first available day for pick up, and he was able to get it changed to a day/time that was most convenient for me. The driver was very friendly and I felt assured that my car would be well taken care of.

I really liked that I received constant updates throughout the entire process. I would recommend Ship a Car Direct to everyone I know.
