I used Ship a Car Direct because a friend recommended the company. The whole process went smoothly. The carrier came and did a detailed assessment of my car and had me do the same. He sent me a picture of my car on the carrier once he loaded it. He picked my car up on Sunday in Los Angeles CA and I received it Friday in Tampa Florida. There was no damage to my car which was the most important! However, there were a lot of bugs on it, but I just took it through the car wash the next day. The only real negative thing I can say is that I was told the carrier would call me the day before he was coming to pick my car up. He called me about 2 hours before he was coming, so I had to rush to figure out and organize what I was packing in my car. Overall, I was happy and recommend this company.
