I was promised that the driver would be contacting me two hours before pickup. He contacted me promptly and addressed me as "My Friend" which gave me some confidence on the driver. He reached on time, picked up the vehicle (on Oct 29, 2016 around 8 30 PM at Orlando) and promised me that I can expect my vehicle on NOV 05, 2016. But to my surprise, he reached here (San Diego) on Nov 01, 2016 around 9 AM. He informed me in advance as well. The car reached me without any damage (not even a minor scratch. Mine is a new Accord 2017 model). I am much satisfied and would gladly give four out of five stars for the overall experience.
