In an industry that has a terrible reputation, Ship-a-car-direct was fantastic. For the first time I was told the honest truth and had total communication from a company. I had accurate and level headed expectations with great customer service and a fair price. I was told to give a 2-3 day window to allow time for the trucking company to get the car and our customer service person Eric was right on the money. I highly recommend them to anyone.
