Ship-A-Car Direct did a great job on this. Their follow up and support and communicate was great. The car was delivered on-time, in expected condition, within the timeframe promised. I felt the pricing was fair. The only thing I would improve would be to know the location of the vehicle in transit and be able to communicate directly with the driver. I guess that would take a technology investment - in the end it is a small thing.
I would definitely use these guys again!
