I needed a car to be picked up in California and delivered to my daughter in Florida. Because I wasn't in a hurry for either pick up or delivery I was able to contact several brokers to interview and obtain quotes. Some were easy to ignore either because they were ridiculously low or much higher than I was interested in paying.

What piqued my interest right from the start was Gaby's up front honesty on the cost and how it may be higher than her quote once I contacted the transportation company. She also was forthcoming with lots of information and didn't try to hide a thing. She was very business like and I could tell very trustworthy. I was never pressured to sign a contract or put any money up front. The main thing is she did everything that she said she would do.

As it turned out the company I was referred to was a pleasure to work with, was on time for pickup, and though I wasn't promised a specific date for delivery, I was surprised at how quickly it was delivered coast to coast. The driver was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

And the price turned out to be the same as quoted.
