Oh my word, from the very first phone contact with Angela to the last contact with the transport driver, this nervous basket case was treated with nothing less than the utmost respect and professionalism, topped off with a whole lot of just plain being nice.I was given phone #'s to call anytime I needed, and I needed alot, yet I was never made to feel like a burden. I was given quite a bit of information regarding moving, preparing my car for transport . I will be using Ship a Car Direct if ever I need to ship "Bertha" anywhere again. It's the pepole that make this organization successful. I truly appreciate each and every one that had anything to do with my transport. Thank You ??
