Outstanding customer service from ShipACarDirect! So easy to use. I placed my vehicle transportation request one week prior to my requested pick-up date and sure enough my car was picked up on the day I wanted. I had excellent communication with the driver. He contacted me the day prior to give me a 4-hour window. The next morning he called me a 1-hour heads-up. He arrived exactly an hour later. Loading went like clock-work. Car was delivered the next morning, over 800 miles from the origin, without any damage whatsoever.
