Overall, I give this company between 2-3 stars. They were prompt to pick up the car, but had several red flags come up throughout the time I was waiting to get my car, which in turn made me a bit uneasy. I wasn't able to always get a hold of someone who had info on where my car was, and they were several days late delivering my car. My car also had a lot of black sludge on the outside (which came out easily at the car wash), and also some on the inside of the door which did not come out as easily and still left a stain. This was my first time using this type of service and I do not feel any more comfortable than I did before I had never tried it. The car did get here on time and I don't think anything was really damaged or stolen so I guess that was the upside.

Unfortunately in the transport industry delays do happen and this is why we can not guarantee dates. It is always best to have a back up plan when shipping. you can delete that sentence since he says at the end the car did get there on time Maybe just add that the cars do get dirty when being transported on an open trailer.
