Worked out great. I allotted extra buffer time just in case the transportation dates weren't accurate, which turned out to be just that.

I called the assigned carrier to ensure the pickup date because the day I requested was a holiday. The company confirmed the date, then after waiting almost the entire day with no one showing up, I called for a status update only to be told pickup was now the following day.

Original estimate was 7-10 days and it took 11, which wasn't that big a deal since, as stated earlier, I allotted buffer time.

Overall, completely satisfied and would recommend 'ship a car direct' to anyone. My only suggestion would be to have the assigned carrier know what the actual pickup date is in order to mitigate wasting the customer's time.
