I had never used a service before and was nervous about it. Being from Canada and not aware that these services are widely used I had a lot of trepidation. The original company I had sought out had terrible reviews on the internet. I rejected them immediately upon seeing the reviews and reached out to Ship A Car Direct. I did not really know they were a broker but their reviews were excellent so I moved forward. They were prompt honest and everything work out fantastic. After pick up and drop off locations were chosen we were able to deal directly with driver and get even more convenient locations. Drop off to my son was great as well. A day later than expected but was no issue for us. Great service and seamless transaction.
